Return and Refund Policy

As a custom manufacturer, our products are made to your specifications. Please review this policy carefully.

Defective Products

If products arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specifications, contact us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund after inspection. Please provide photos and a description of the issue.

Custom Orders

All custom-manufactured products (windows, doors, sunrooms, railings made to your specifications) are non-refundable unless defective or non-conforming to agreed specifications. Please verify all dimensions and specifications before confirming your order.

Standard Products

For non-custom standard products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
