1. Delivery method

We will select the appropriate logistics company for delivery based on your order and address. You can view the logistics information in the order details.

2. Delivery time

Shipping time: Custom-manufactured products ship after production is completed (standard lead time 15-25 business days after deposit), as confirmed in your quotation. In-stock standard items are normally dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation.

Arrival time: The estimated transit time is 10-25 days after dispatch, depending on destination, shipping method (sea or air freight) and the logistics company.

3. Freight

Freight is calculated based on product volume and weight, destination and shipping terms (e.g. FOB, CIF), and is stated in your quotation before you confirm the order.

For remote areas or special products the freight may differ; please contact us for details.

4. Receipt instructions

Please carefully check whether the packaging is intact when you receive the product, and check whether the product quantity and model are consistent with the order.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team in time.
Please be sure to provide a true and valid delivery address and contact information when signing for the product to ensure smooth receipt.
5. Logistics tracking

We will provide you with a logistics tracking number after dispatch. You can track the logistics information through the logistics company's official website or a third-party platform.

6. Other instructions

In case of special circumstances, such as weather or traffic control, the delivery time may be delayed. Please understand.
