J75 Pivot Door + 105 Casement — Example Application for Farmhouse Renovations

The Challenge

Renovation briefs often ask for a statement entry door taller than a standard residential door, while the existing entry leaves little space for a swing door.

The Solution

We propose our J75 Thermal Break Pivot Door: it rotates on a central axis, so it needs no swing clearance space. Standard single panels go up to 3.5 m high × 1.5 m wide, and oversized 4 m+ doors are engineered per project. The windows use our Series Y1 105 Thermal Break Double Inswing Casement Window with tilt-and-turn operation.
